Inventory Logic is an important module of Hotel Logic. This module helps you to manage the stock of food stores, general stores and engineering store. The systematic PR (Purchase Requisition) is also another essential part of Inventory Management system. By using of systematic PR the procurement department will able to attach the quotation of required items and update the evaluation prices into the system. After systematic approval of PR the procurement department will able to receive the demanded item.

In this module a user can easily create a PR (purchase requisition). Then after systematic approval process the purchase department will be able to make any purchases according to approved PR.
In inventory setup, the store custodian can be categorized of each item. For example, in food store he can make category of grocery, dairy item, vegetable, fruit, poultry, beef and mutton etc.
You can manage the PAR level of each item. The food store issuance is based on the barcode scanning to implement the FEFO (First Expiry First Out) strategy.
